
APR Peewee going to Ontario Winter Games

The Peewee Hockey competition
at the Ontario Winter Games 2 announces participates. OMHA-ETA chose the first place Raider team to represent them at the Ontario Games.
The participating Peewee teams will be as follows:
ALLIANCE – London Jr. Knights
HEO – Upper Canada Cyclones
HNO – Thunder Bay Kings
NOHA – Soo Jr. Greyhounds
OMHA – Ajax-Pickering Raiders
OMHA – Niagara North Stars
GTHL – To be confirmed by January 27th at the latest.

The City of Orillia will be hosting the Ontario Winter Games from February 27 - March 1, 2020, in partnership with the Ontario Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries. The Orillia 2020 Ontario Winter Games will attract 3,500 participants, who will compete in 27 different sports over the four-day event. New to the 2020 Games are Biathlon, Field Hockey, Futsal and Karate. It is estimated that the Games will generate $5 million dollars in economic activity for the area.
