Forever a Raider Awards
Submitted By Paul Burnett on Tuesday, February 11, 2020
Josh Arsenault and Trent Scullion received their  Forever a Raider Award from the Midget Coaches Matt Carroll, Chuck McLellan, APR Board Members Bill Redmond and Paul Burnett at their final regular season home game on Sunday.

This award is presented to players that have spent their entire AAA career with the Ajax Pickering Raiders starting in Novice.  Both Josh and Trent joined the Raiders in 2010, their Novice year.

Josh has played nine seasons with Raiders, during which time has won the Quinte tournament two years in a row as well as the Markham Majors Thanksgiving Tournament.  Josh has represented the Raiders many years as a Assistant Captain always conducting himself in a manner which reflects the organizations values.  Along the way he has developed many friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.

Trent has played ten seasons with the Raiders, has won an OMHA championship as a Minor Midget AP to the Midget team. The MM team exited early from the playoffs that season which gave Trent the opportunity to join the Midget team full time in their push for the OMHA Championship and then the teams success winning silver at the OHF's.
This seasons Trent was chosen to represent the Raiders in the ETA Midget All-star game.

Both players have had a lot of fun and developed great memories playing community hockey.

Best of luck to the Josh and Trent and the Raider Midget team in their playoff run.
