Sports Nutritionist / Development Program

The Ajax Pickering Raiders Association is very pleased to announce that we have added a Sports Nutritionist on to our Development Program
Welcome Landon Hong to the Ajax Pickering Raiders! 

Landon Hong is a Registered Dietitian and sports nutritionist completing her Bachelor of Science at the University of Western Ontario and Master of Public Health at the University of Toronto. She is currently enrolled in the International Olympic Committee’s Sports Nutrition Diploma.


Landon currently works at Cleveland Clinic Canada, providing nutrition counseling for nutrition issues including weight management, disease prevention, and sports performance. Ms. Hong is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health and well-being through a comprehensive health approach, integrating evidence-based nutritional science and individualized care.


As a sports nutritionist, Landon currently works with the Toronto FC and provides sports nutrition services to a variety of youth and adolescent sports teams including swimming, lacrosse, synchronized skating, hockey, and soccer.
